Résumé: الملخص : تقوم الحياة الزوجية اليوم على نوع جديد من العلاقات التي تنشأ بين الزوجين، حيث يكون أساس هذه العلاقات مبني على التقبل والتكيف المتبادل بين الأدوار الزوجية من ناحية العواطف والمشاركة في السلطة والعمل. بالرغم من الاختلاف بين مهام الزوجين لكن التداخل في مهامهما لا يزال رافدا ضروريا لمواصلة الحياة. وتؤكد الدراسات الحديثة للأسرة الجزائرية أن الزوج لم يعد المسؤول الوحيد في الأسرة الحديثة، بل تشارك الزوجة أيضا في كثير من المسؤوليات والالتزامات وتتعاون معه على توجيه الأسرة، مما يحدث نوع من التقاطع أو التبادل في الأدوار بينها وبين الزوج مما قد يسبب تقاطع في السلطات وفي الصلاحيات بينهما، ولكن الواقع الاجتماعي يعكس لنا وجود نوع من الصراعات النفسية والاجتماعية والاقتصادية بين الزوجين داخل الأسرة نتيجة هذا التقاطع أو التبادل، مما يجعلنا نطرح جملة من الأسئلة عن تقاطع الأدوار بين الزوجين في الأسرة هل هو تقاطع سلطات أم تقاطع صلاحيات؟ تمكننا الإجابة من فهم طبيعة التغيرات على الأدوار داخل الأسرة.
