Résumé: الملخص: نعالج في هذا الموضوع اللغة العربية ومتغيرات الرقمنة؛ فنحاول تحديد مفهوم الرقمنة، ومفهوم اللغة واللغة العربية، ثم ننظر للرقمنة من جانب علاقتها وأثرها في تنمية استعمال اللغة العربية في القطاعات الحيوية الفاعلة في المجتمع بغية الوصول إلى تحقيق المواطنة الرقمية. Abstract: This paper deals with the Arabic language and the variables of digitization. It tries to define the concept of digitization, of language and of the Arabic language. Then, it sheds light on the relationship of digitization and its impact on developing the use of the Arabic language in the vital active sectors of society in order to achieve digital citizenship.
