مظاهر الاكتئاب عند المرأة المصابة بالسرطان

Résumé: يشهد العصر الحالي تغيرات عدة وفي شتى المجالات أثّرت على حياة الفرد سواء بالإيجاب أو بالسلب من بين هذه الآثار انتشار وكثرة الأمراض ومنها وضع اصطلاح "أمراض العصر" كالسكري، أمراض القلب، قرحة المعدة، التهاب المفاصل، وكذا السرطان هذا الأخير يصنف كمرض نفسو- جسدي يخلف آثار جسدية ونفسية على المريض وبالأخص سرطان الثدي الذي يعد النوع الأكثر انتشارا خاصة لدى المرأة. و نظرا لصعوبة تقبل وتجاوز التصورات حول المرض والبروتوكولات العلاجية الكثيرة، تنبثق على إثرها أمراض وإضرابات نفسية مختلفة الشدة تؤثر على العملية العلاجية ككل، لذا نسعى من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية أن نركز على أكثر اضطرابات الملحوظة لدى السيدات المصابات بالسرطان ألاَ وهو تناذر الاكتئاب، كما نحاول التعرف على أهم الأعراض والمؤشرات التي تؤدي إلى الوصول لتشخيص سليم ونتطرق بالنقاش الى أهم المقاربات العلاجية المستعملة في العلاج وتخفيف من حدة تلك الأعراض The present age is characterized by many changes in different areas that have affected the life of the individual, whether in a positive or negative way. Among these effects, the spread of many diseases, such as diabetes, heart disease and cancer which is classified among psychosomatic diseases with physical and psychological effects on the patient including breast cancer, which is the most common type, especially in women. Due to the difficulty in accepting and overcoming perceptions about the disease and the many treatment protocols, the emergence of many illnesses and psychological disorders of different intensity has affected the therapeutic process as a whole. In this study, we will focus on defining the most observed disorder, which is depression syndrome in people with cancer, and we will try to identify the main symptoms and indicators leading to a true diagnosis, as well as the ones. therapeutic approaches used in treatment.
