"أدوار الثقافة الشعبية في تأصيل الهوية الثقافية وتحقيق التنمية الاجتماعية مقاربة أنثروبولوجية "المجتمع التبسي أنموذجا

Résumé: ملخص تتحدد معالم البناء الحضاري لأي مجتمع إنساني بجملة من المحددات الاجتماعية والثقافية، وتشكل في مجملها قواعد هويته الثقافية، وما تشتمله من منظومة قيمية وعرفية يتفق عليها أفراد المجتمع. و تعد الثقافة الشعبية واحدة من أهم مكونات البناء القيمي والعرفي المجتمعي، و ما تحتويه من مركبات مادية وغير مادية تمثل في جوهرها الذاكرة والحاضر الجماعي المشترك للأفراد والجماعات. سنحاول خلال هاته الورقة البحثية تقديم تصور مستفيض يتناول بشكل من التدقيق أهم عناصر ومكونات الثقافة الشعبية للمجتمع التبسي باعتبارها جزءً من التنوع التراثي الشعبي الحضاري للمجتمع الجزائري، ومن ثم تناول أدوارها في تأصيل الهوية الثقافية المجتمعية أولاً، وفي تحقيق التنمية الاجتماعية لأفراده فيما بعد. Abstract The cultural structure of any human society is determined by a number of social and cultural determinants, which in its entirety constitute the rules of its cultural identity, and the value it entails from a value-based and customary system agreed upon by the members of society. The popular culture is one of the most important components of the value and social construction of society, and the material and non-material compounds that are in essence the memory and the common collective present of individuals and groups. In this paper, we will attempt to present a comprehensive account of the main elements and components of the popular culture of the Tunisian society as part of the cultural heritage of the Algerian society, and then their role in establishing the cultural identity of the community first and in achieving the social development of its members.
