دور الأستاذ الجامعي في ترقية أداء المؤسسة الجامعية في ظل التحديات التكنولوجية الحديثة والعالم الرقمي

Résumé: الملخص: شغل موضوع التعليم العالي فكر أغلب الباحثين وإطارات الدولة خاصة في الوقت الراهن ومع التطور المذهل في تكنولوجيا المعلومات والإتصال والأزمات المفاجئة ، فمع تطور المعرفة هناك تطور علمي وتكنولوجي في شتى المجالات خاصة التعليمية ، حيث انصبت جل اهتمامات الدولة على ترقية وجودة التعليم خاصة التعليم العالي والبحث العمي فأصبح بذلك يمثل محورا هاما لارتقاء الدول وتطورها ، وهذا لن يتأتى إلا من خلال تضافر كل الجهود من أجل تحقيق الأهداف المسطرة ومواكبة التطور الرقمي الحاصل اليوم ، وبما أن الأستاذ الجامعي يقع على عاتقه جزء كبير لتحقيق الرقي والازدهار وجودة التعليم العالي من خلال المخرجات التي هو يساهم في إنشائها من خلال ازدواجية مهامه التدريسية والإدارية التي تتطلب منه المساهمة في وضع الخطط والبرامج والاستراتيجيات الناجعة لمواكبة العصرنة ومواجهة التحديات، حيث أولت الدولة الجزائرية استراتيجيات هامة للرقي بقطاع التعليم العالي آملة أن تساير الرقمة والارتقاء بمكانة مرموقة دوليا لهذا القطاع الحساس. : Abstract The subject of higher education occupied the thought of most researchers and state frameworks, especially at the present time, and with the amazing development in information and communication technology and sudden crises, with the development of knowledge there is scientific and technological development in various fields, especially education, where most of the state’s interests focused on the promotion and quality of education, especially higher education and scientific research. Thus, it has become an important axis for the advancement and development of countries, and this will only come through concerted efforts to achieve the established goals and keep pace with the digital development taking place today, and since the university professor is responsible for a large part to achieve progress, prosperity and the quality of higher education through the outputs that he contributes In its establishment, through the duality of his teaching and administrative tasks, which require him to contribute to the development of plans and programs And effective strategies to keep pace with modernity and face challenges, as the Algerian state has given important strategies to advance the higher education sector, hoping to keep pace with digitalization and raise . an internationally prestigious position for this sensitive sector
