الوصمة: مظهر آخر للمرض النفسي Stigma: Another Aspect Of Mental Illness

Résumé: تعد عملية وضع الشخص ضمن التصنيفات الخاصة بالمرض النفسي بداية لمعركة طويلة، دائمة ومتواصلة بسبب الصعوبات اليومية الّتي عليه أن يواجهها أمام التحديات المختلفة الّتي تطرحها إشكالية المرض العقلي كنتيجة لعملية الوصم المرتبطة ارتباطا وثيقا ومباشرا بالتمثلات الاجتماعية حول هذا النوع من المرض، حيث تصبح الوصمة سببا للمعاناة الّتي تضاف للمرض فتصبح بذلك «مرض ثاني» تترتب عنه انعكاسات مختلفة على المريض نفسه وحتى على المحيطين به. وهذا ما يقودنا إلى محاولة التعرف والكشف عن أهم الآثار والانعكاسات السيكولوجية التي تسببها الوصمة بشكل دقيق ومعقّد أكثر مما تبدو عليه للوهلة الأولى، وذلك من خلال مقاربة تشمل النواحي المعرفية والأخلاقية لإشكالية الوصمة في مجال علم النفس The process of classifying a person in the nosographies of mental illness is the beginning of a long, lasting and continuous battle because of the daily difficulties he faces, and this, faced with the various challenges posed by the issue of mental illness. mental illness as a consequence of the stigma process closely and directly linked to social representations of this type of illness. Stigma then becomes another cause of suffering, as well as a "second disease" with different repercussions on the patient himself and those around him. This leads us to try to identify and highlight the most important psychological effects and repercussions caused by stigma in a more precise and complex way than it seems at first glance, thanks to an approach that includes the aspects cognitive and ethical issues of stigma in the field of psychology
