اقتصاد الصحة في الجزائر: تمويل و آفاق The Economy Of Health In Algeria : Financing And Prospects

Résumé: ملخص: يمكن إعتبار الصحة كعنصر هام ومهم في التنمية الإقتصادية للدور الأساسي الذي تلعبه في زيادة الإنتاج، و زيادة الإنتاجية، و بالتالي زيادة الناتج المحلي الاجمالي الخام، من خلال تحسين و تطوير حالة صحة الفرد. وهذا بالتأكيد يمثل هدف التنمية وإمكانيات تنفيذه. لاحظ المجتمع الجزائري تحسنا وتطورا في الوضعية الصحية للأفراد وعلى الرغم من تطور مؤشرات الصحة من الناحية الكمية والمنجزات المحققة في ميدان الصحة، إلا ان قطاع الصحة يعاني من نقائص وثغرات مهمة والتي أثرت سلبا على نتائجها. ما أدى الى تباطؤ مسار التنمية، وتشمل هذه الثغرات، نقص وسوء استعمال الموارد المالية الموجهة للتنمية، والتوزيع الجهوي غير المتناسب للمؤسسات الصحية في البلاد، ورداءة الخدمات الصحية المقدمة. ABSTRACT : Health can be seen as an important component of economic development for the key role it plays in increasing production, increasing productivity, and hence increasing gross domestic product by improving and developing the state of health of the human being. This, of course, represents both the development objective and the means for its implementation. The Algerian community has observed an improvement in the state of health of the population. However, despite the relative improvement in quantitative health indicators and the achievements made in the field of health, it still suffers from significant shortcomings which have negatively affected its results, which slows down the development process. These shortcomings include the lack and misuse of financial resources allocated to development, the disproportionate regional distribution of medical institutions in the country, as well as the poor medical services provided.
