Résumé: As a matter of fact, the American as well as the French history is full of landmark events that shaped national as well as international history. The American War of Independence and the French Revolution are of a great impact on human history. To begin with, this research sheds the light on the nature of the relationship between the American and French principles, before and following both nations' revolutions and, their attitudes and practices with the Indians and the Algerians respectively. Throughout the examination of different data including figures; Andrew Jackson Vs Charles de Gaulle, documents such as the Declaration of independence and the Declaration of the Rights of Man and the Citizen, this research seeks to investigate both nations' "paradoxical" policies; the Indian Removal Act Vs Cremieux Decree from one side and the Trail of Tears, Wounded Knee Vs the exile to New Caledonia and the Massacres of May 1945.
