تقييم آليات التمويل العقاري في البنوك التقليدية و الاسلامية دراسة مقارنة بين البنك الوطني الجزائري، البنك الخارجي الجزائري و مصرف السلام خلال الفترة 2019-2023
Résumé: This study aims to evaluate the mortgage finance between conventional and Islamic banks. For This raison, we tried to test and analyze Hypotheses through a field and comparative study between two traditional banks and Islamic bank during the period 2019-2023. The main study's axes are procedures for granting financing, the cost of financing and the level of risks using the analytical descriptive approach and the method of case based on the interview , observation and the financial documents of the banks. The study concluded that there is a significant convergence in the cost and administrative procedures for granting mortgage finance between the two modes, but the level of risks in Islamic banks remains higher than in conventional banks, and therefore the latter remains the most attractive for this type of financing
