توجه الزبائن نحو الخدمات الالكترونية لبريد الجزائر ورضاهم عن جودتها -دراسة استقصائية لعينة من زبائن المؤسسة بالجزائر-
Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى توجه الزبائن نحو الخدمات الإلكترونية المقدمة من طرف مؤسسة بريد وقياس اثر جودتها على رضا الزبائن. توصلت الدراسة إلى انه يوجد تأثير معنوي لأبعاد جودة الخدمات الالكترونية على رضا الزبون. عليه اوصت الدراسة بالعمل على مواكبة التطورات التكنولوجية وتحديث الخدمات الالكترونية المقدمة للزبائن: كما اوصت بضرورة توعية الزبائن باستخدام الخدمات الالكترونية و بيان أهميتها ومزاياها في سرعة إنجاز المعاملات و تلبية احتياجاتهم. The study aimed to find out the extent of customers' orientation towards electronic services provided by the Postal Corporation and to measure the impact of its quality on customer satisfaction. The study found that there is a significant effect of the dimensions of the quality of electronic services on customer satisfaction. Accordingly, the study recommended the need to update the electronic services provided to customers, and also recommended the need to educate customers about the use of electronic services and explain their importance and advantages in speeding up the completion of transactions and meeting their needs.
