Résumé: تهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة مساهمة المجتمع المدني في حماية البيئة، بحث يعتبر المجتمع المدني ظاهرة قديمة، وعرف عبر مراحل مختلفة و أراءمفكرون مختلفة، حيث ظهر المجتمع المدني في العصر الحديث أكثر وذلك بدفاعه عنشظايا البيئة و حماية البيئة، على المستوى الوطني و العالمي و ذلك للأخطار التي لحقتبالبيئة المتمثلة في التلوث البيئي و ومكافآته ، وهذا ما جعل المجتمع المدني و مؤسساته أكبر مساهم فعال في حماية البيئة لأجل الحد من الأخطار التي تهدد البيئة و البشرية الكلمات المفتاحية: المجتمع المدني، الجمعيات، البيئة، حماية البيئة. summary The study aims to understand the contribution of civil society in the protection of the environment, so that civil society is considered an old phenomenon, and is defined through different stages and the opinions of different intellectuals, as civil society appeared more in the modern era through its defense of the shrapnel of the environment and the protection of the environment, at the national and global level, because of the hazards that the environment is exposed to, which is represented by environmental pollution and its rewards, and this is what made civil society and its institutions the most effective contributor in the protection of the environment in order to reduce the dangers that threaten the environment and humanity keywords: civil society, associations, the environment, environmental protection.
