المعالجة القانونية لتزوير بطاقات الدفع الالكترونية

Résumé: الملخص: لم يقم المشرع الجزائري الجنائي بتنظيم و معالجة مسألة تزوير بطاقات الدفع الالكترونية و استخدامها بشكل صريح ، لا على مستوى نصوص خاصة و لا على مستوى قانون العقوبات الذي يشكل الإطار العام للتجريم و العقاب ، و لكن مع ذلك نجد أن هذا الأخير قد تناول موضوع جريمة التزوير التي تقع على المحررات بشكل عام ، و هو ما يطرح معه النقاش حول إمكانية إدراج أو اسقاط الأحكام الواردة فيه ذات الصلة على تزوير بطاقات الدفع الالكترونية باعتبار هذه الأخيرة تعد من المحررات لما تتضمنه من بيانات و معلومات قد تكون محلا للتزوير أو التزيف .
