أثر اقتصاد المعرفة في التحول الهيكلي لقطاع الزراعة في الدول العربية خلال الفترة (2011-2021) دراسة قياسية باستخدام نماذج بانل

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى قياس وتحليل أثر اقتصاد المعرفة في التحول الهيكلي لقطاع الزراعة في عينة من الدول العربية خلال الفترة (2011-2021) ، باستخدام نماذج بائل الساكن توصلت الدراسة إلى أن نموذج التأثيرات العشوائية هو النموذج الأفضل لتقدير نموذج البائل الساكن، كما بينت النتائج وجود تأثير إيجابي ومعنوي لكل من مؤشر رأس المال البشري والنظام الاقتصادي والمؤسسي على التحول الهيكلي لقطاع الزراعة ووجود تأثير سلبي ومعنوي لمؤشر تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال على التحول الهيكلي للقطاع، أما مؤشر الابتكار فقد كان تأثيره غير معنوي على القيمة المضافة لقطاع الزراعة. This study aims to measure and analyze the impact of the knowledge economy on the structural transformation of the agricultural sector in a sample of Arab countries during the period (2011- 2021), using static panel models. The study found that the random effects model is the best model for estimating the static model The results also showed that there is a positive and significant effect for both the human capital index and the economic and institutional system on the structural transformation of the agricultural sector, and there is a negative and significant effect for the information and communication technology index on the structural transformation of the agricultural sector. As for the innovation index, its effect was non-significant on the added value of the agricultural sector.
