دور الجامعات الليبية في نشر ثقافة ريادة الأعمال من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس دراسة ميدانية على جامعة الزاوية ـــ ليبيا

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور الجامعات الليبية في نشر ثقافة ريادة الأعمال من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس، من خلال التعرف على توجيه اهتمام جامعة الزاوية بشكل خاص كحالة دراسية في نشر هذه الثقافة وأهميتها وسبل الاهتمام بها، كما سعت للتعرف على التحديات والصعوبات التي تواجه الجامعة في نشر ثقافة ريادة الأعمال، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى العديد من النتائج نذكر منها: أن الجامعة تعاني من قصور في نشر ثقافة ريادة الأعمال داخل المجتمع، ويعود السبب إلى بعض المعوقات، أهمها ضعف ثقافة ريادة الأعمال في المجتمع، وعدم وجود خطة واضحة لريادة الأعمال. The study aimed to identify the role of Libyan universities in spreading the culture of entrepreneurship from the point of view of faculty members, by identifying the direct interest of Zawia University in particular as a case study in spreading this culture, its importance, and ways to pay attention to it. It also sought to identify the challenges and difficulties facing the university. In spreading the culture of entrepreneurship, the study reached many results, including: that the university suffers from a deficiency in spreading the culture of entrepreneurship within society, and the reason is due to some obstacles, the most important of which are the weakness of the culture of entrepreneurship in society, and the lack of a clear plan for entrepreneurship.
