دور جودة المعلومات في رفع كفاءة إدارة الأزمات -دراسة تطبيقية لمؤسسة جازي بمدينة الجلفة-

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة دور جودة المعلومات في رفع كفاءة إدارة الأزمات في مؤسسة جازي بمدينة الجلفة. وتوصلت الدراسة لعدة نتائج أهمها أن مستوى إدارة الأزمات بمؤسسة جازي بمدينة الجلفة كان متوسطا؛ أما بالنسبة لجودة المعلومات فقد كان الاهتمام بها مرتفع جدا؛ وبعد اختبار الفرضيات توصلنا إلى أنه لا يوجد أثر ذو دلالة احصائية لأبعاد جودة المعلومات على إدارة الأزمات بمؤسسة جازي لمدينة الجلفة؛ This study aimed to know the role of information quality in raising the efficiency of crisis management in the Djezzy Foundation in the city of Djelfa. The study reached several results, the most important of which is that the level of crisis management at the Djezzy Foundation in the city of Djelfa was average; As for the quality of the information, the interest in it was very high; After testing the hypotheses, we concluded that there is no statistically significant effect of the dimensions of information quality on the crisis management of the Jazzy Foundation for the city of Djelfa.
