العوامل المؤدية للتسرب المدرسي من وجهة نظر طلبة مرحلة التعليم الثانوي دراسة ميدانية على عينة من طلبة مرحلة الثانوي بمدينة – زلفانة -

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف عن أكثرالعواملالمؤديةللتسربالمدرسيمنوجهةنظر طلبة مرحلة التعليم الثانوي، كما هدفت إلى الكشفعن الفروقبينالجنسينفيالعواملالمؤديةللتسربالمدرسي من الناحية (النفسية، الاجتماعية والمدرسية) ، اعتمدت الباحثة على المنهج الوصفي، تكونت عينة الدراسة من(90) طالب وطالبة من مرحلة الثانوي، تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تمّ تصميمأداةلقياسذلك من قبل الباحثة، وبعد التأكد من خصائصها السيكومترية، وتطبيق عدد من الأساليب الإحصائية وذلك لتحليل البيانات بالاعتماد على نظام الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS .v20) أسفرتالدراسةعلىالنتائجالتالية : - أكثرالعواملالمؤديةللتسربالمدرسي من وجهة نظر طلبة الثانوي هي العوامل الاجتماعية. - لاتوجدفروقدالةإحصائيابينالجنسينفينظرتهم للعوامل النفسية المؤدية للتسرب المدرسي. - لاتوجدفروقدالةإحصائيابينالجنسينفي نظرتهم للعوامل الاجتماعية المؤدية للتسرب المدرسي. - لاتوجدفروقدالةإحصائيابينالجنسينفينظرتهم للعوامل المدرسية المؤدية للتسرب المدرسي. The current study aimed to identify the most factors leading to school dropout from the point of view of secondary school students, as well as to detect gender differences in the factors leading to school dropout in terms of (psychological, social and school), the researcher relied on the descriptive curriculum, the sample of the study consisted of (90) students from the secondary level, selected in a simple random way. To achieve the objectives of the study, a tool was designed to measure this by the researcher, after ascertaining its psychometric characteristics, and applying a number of statistical methods in order to analyze the data based on the system of the statistical package of social sciences (SPSS.v20) The study yielded the following results: The most common factors leading to school drop-outfrom the point of view of secondary students are social factors. There are no statistically significant differences between the sexes in their view of the psychological factors leading to school drop-out. There are no statistically significant differences between the sexes in their view of the social factors leading to school drop-outs. - There are no statistically significant differences between the sexes in their view of the school factors leading to school drop-out
