دور حاضنات الأعمال في نمو المؤسسات المصغرة دراسة حالة مشاتل ولايات ورقلة – بسكرة - أدرار

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور حاضنات الأعمال في نمو المؤسسة المصغرة في مشاتل ولايات ورقلة، بسكرة، أدرار، من خلال تقديم العديد من الخدمات التي تحتاج إليها . استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ، واعتمدت الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات المطلوبة ، وقد تم مسح مجتمع الدراسة والمكون من المؤسسات المصغرة المحتضنة في المشاتل المدروسة والبالغ عددها 30 مؤسسة وفقاً للمعلومات التي تم الحصول عليها من قبل الأشخاص المختصين في تلك المؤسسات . وقد قامت الباحثة بتحليل مخرجات الاستبانة إحصائياً وعرضها الإحصائية باستخدام المتوسطات الحسابية والنسب المئوية .ومعالجتها بوساطة حزمةEXCEL وقد أظهرت الدراسة العديد من النتائج أبرزها: لاتوجد علاقة بين حاضنات الأعمال ونمو المؤسسات المصغرة. لا توجد علاقة بين حاضنات الأعمال ودورها في تحويل فكرة المؤسسة. لاتوجد علاقة بين المتغيرين المستقل والتابع تعزى إلى المتغيرات الديموغرافية. The aim of this study was to identify the role of business incubators in the growth of micro-enterprises in the nurseries of Ouargla, Biskra and Adrar, by providing many of the services they need.The researcher used the analytical descriptive method, and adopted the questionnaire as a tool to collect the required data,The study population, consisting of micro-institutions incubated in the studied nursery, was surveyed Of the 30 institutions according to information obtained by the competent persons in those institutions. The researcher analyzed the statistical output of the questionnaire and presented it Statistics using computational averages and percentages, and processed by the EXCEL packageThe study showed several results, most notably There is no relationship between business incubators and microenterprise growth.There is no relationship between business incubators and their role in transforming the idea of the institution.There is no relationship between the independent and dependent variables attributed to the demographic variables
