الخلايا الجذعية بين الشرع و القانون

Résumé: الملخص: الخلايا الجذعية هي خلايا المنشأ التي يخلق منها الجنين ولها القدرة – بإذن الله- على تشكيل مختلف أنواع خلايا جسم الإنسان، حيث لها قابلية التحول إلى أي نوع من خلايا الجسم مثل خلايا الكبد والقلب والبروستات والأعصاب... إلخ. فالأطباء والباحثون يتوقعون مستقبلا مشرقا لهذه التقنية في علاج العديد من الأمراض المستعصية مثل الزهايمر وأمراض القلب والسكري والتهاب المفاصل والحروق. غير أن استخدام هذه الخلايا في العلاج طرح العديد من الإشكالات على المستوى الأخلاقي والديني والقانوني، بسبب مصادر هذه الخلايا الجذعية وطرق الحصول عليها، خاصة الخلايا الجذعية الجنينية، فهذا النوع من الخلايا الجذعية له قابلية الانقسام من غير حدود ويعطي خلايا متخصصة، غير أنه يتم الحصول عليها من الأجنة وهذا يستدعي القضاء على هذه الأجنة، فليس من المعقول أن تهدر حياة إنسان لتقام حياة إنسان آخر. Summary : Stem cells are the ones from wich the embryo is created, and it has the ability to form different type of cells in the human body, they have the ability to switch to any type of body cell such as liver heart, prostate, and nerve cells. Doctors and researchers expect a bright future for this technology to treat many of the most intractable diseases such as Alzheimers’s, heart diseases, diabetes, arthritis and burns. However, the use of these cells in the treatment posed many problems at the moral,religious and legal levels because of the sources of these stem cells and ways to obtainthem, Especially embryonic stem cells. This type of vascular cells has the potential to divide without limits and gives specialized cells. But it is obtained from embryos and this calls for the elimination of these embryos. It is not reasonable to waste a human life in order to establish another’s.
