أساليب التدخل في النزاعات الإثنية

Résumé: تتناول مختلف أساليب التدخل في النزاعات الإثنية، مبينة الغاية والهدف من كل أسلوب، فقد كان من أهم مخرجات التحول في بنية النظام الدولي بانهيار الاتحاد السوفييتي، تنامي ظاهرة النزاعات الإثنية والعرقية، الأمر الذي دعا المهتمين بحقل دراسات السلام والنزاع إلى الاجتهاد في وضع وبلورة صيغ جديدة في إدارة الصراعات والنزاعات، تبحث في السبل الكفيلة بحلها والقضاء على الأسباب والعوامل الجذرية والعميقة المؤدية إليها، من خلال التوصل إلى بناء السلام واستدامته، متجاوزة مفهوم تسوية للنزاع الذي يهدف إلى التوصل إبرام اتفاق أو ما يعرف ب "صنع السلام" ، وهو ما يتوافق والأسلوب التقليدي لإدارة النزاعات، تماشيا مع نصوص الفصل السادس من ميثاق هيئة الأمم المتحدة. Our paper will deal with various methods of intervention in ethnic conflicts, indicating the purpose of each method. Regarding that One of the most important outputs of the transformations in the structure of the international system and the collapse of the Soviet Union was the growing phenomenon of ethnic and racial conflicts. This situation called those interested in the field of peace studies and conflict to strive to develop new formulas In the management of conflicts, and to examine the ways of resolving them and to eliminate the root causes and factors leading to conflicts by reaching peace building, beyond the concept of a settlement of the conflict or so-called "peacemaking" Consistent with traditional method of conflict management, in line with the provisions of Chapter six of the Charter of the United Nations .
