التكنولوجيا المالية كآلية لتعزيز الصناعة المالية الإسلامية لتحقيق الشمول المالي: دول شمال إفريقيا أنموجا

Résumé: هدفت هذه الورقة إلى إبراز دور التكنولوجيا المالية في تعزيز الصناعة المالية الإسلامية لتحقيق الشمول المالي في شمال إفريقيا، وذلك من خلال الوقوف بداية على وضعية الصناعة المالية الإسلامية ثم وضعية الشمول المالي والتكنولوجيا المالية في شمال إفريقيا. توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها أن نمو التمويل الإسلامي في شمال أفريقيا يحقق أرقاما جيدة في السنوات الأخيرة رغم أنه مازال يمثل فقط 1% من الصناعة المالية الإسلامية في العالم، وأن منصات التكنولوجيا المالية تلعب دورا كبيرا في تعزيز نمو الصناعة المالية الإسلامية، سواء من خلال تعزيز استقرارها عن طريق زيادة حصتها السوقية ومواجهة المنافسة العالمية، أو من خلال توفير فرصة للمصارف الإسلامية للشراكة مع الشركات الناشئة في مجال التكنولوجيا المالية لجذب مجموعة أكبر من المستثمرين، كما أن توسع الصناعة المالية الإسلامية في دول شمال إفريقيا يوفر إمكانيات هائلة لتحقيق الشمول المالي والمصرفي وذلك من خلال استيعاب المزيد من المتعاملين من غير المشمولين بالخدمات المالية. This paper seeks to highlight the role of financial technology in strengthening the Islamic financial industry to achieve financial inclusion in North African countries, by first standing on the status of the Islamic financial industry and then the status of financial inclusion and financial technology in North Africa.
