التكوين المستمر كعامل مهني مؤثر في أداء الأستاذ الجامعي

Résumé: يشكّل التكوين أحد العوامل المهنية الهامة و المؤثرة في أداء أستاذ الجامعة إذ تهدف دراستنا إلى التعرف على مدى مساهمة التكوين المستمر في تحسين الأداء للأستاذ الجامعي، وكذا التعرف على مختلف برامج التكوين المخصصة للأستاذ الجامعي بالجامعة الجزائرية . وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن التكوين المستمر يساهم بشكل كبير في تحسين أداء الأستاذ الجامعي، سواء في التدريس أو في مجال الأداء البحثي وهذا من خلال تطوير القدرات البحثية ومتابعة المستجدات في مجال الأبحاث العلمية . Training is one of the important professional factors affecting the performance of the university professor, as our study aims to identify the extent to which continuous training contributes to improving the performance of the university professor, as well as to identify the various training programs allocated to the university professor at the Algerian university. The study concluded that continuous training contributes significantly to improving the performance of the university professor, whether in teaching or in the field of research performance, through developing research capabilities and following up on developments in the field of scientific research.
