Résumé: ملخص: هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة العوامل المتسببة لفوبيا المدرسة من وجهة نظر المختصين في علم النفس حيث تكونت العينة من 100 مختص في علم النفس جامعتي عمار ثليجي بالأغواط وجامعة مولود معمري بتيزي وزو، اختيرت العينة بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة استخدمنا في دراستنا المنهج الاستكشافي ، وتم تطبيق استبيان مصمم من طرف الباحثة والأسلوب الاحصائي المعتمد هو التكرارات والنسب المئوية، توصلنا إلى النتائج التالية: أن العوامل الذاتية المتسببة لفوبيا المدرسة من وجهة نظر المختصين في علم النفس أول عامل يتصدر الترتيب بنسبة 96% كان "خوف التلميذ من تلقي العقاب من المعلم عند ذهاب إلى المدرسة "أما النسبة الأقل و تأتي في الرتبة الأخيرة بنسبة 36% تعود لعامل "خوف التلميذ من التعرض لحادث مرور "، أما بالنسبة للعوامل الاجتماعية المتسببة في فوبيا المدرسة من وجهة نظر المختصين في علم النفس كان أول عامل هو" انعدام التهيئة النفسية للتلميذ قبل الدخول المدرسي من قبل الوالدين "بنسبة 90% أما العامل الأخير كان "خوف التلميذ من عدم تلبية مطالبه" بنسبة 50%. الكلمات المفتاحية: العوامل الذاتية، العوامل الاجتماعية، الفوبيا المدرسية، وجهة نظر . ABSTRACT: (The study aimed to find out the factors causing school phobia (*) from the point of view of specialists in psychology, where the sample consisted of 100 specialists in psychology from the universities of Ammar Theldji in Laghouat and the University of Mouloud Mammeri in Tizi Ouzou, and chosen in a simple random way. We used in our study the exploratory approach, a questionnaire designed by the researcher was applied, and the adopted statistical method is the frequencies and percentages. We came to the following results: Subjective factors causing school phobia from the point of view of specialists in psychology are the first factor to top the ranking with a rate of 96%; The student's fear of being punished by the teacher when going to school. The lowest percentage, which comes in the last rank, at 36%, is due to the student's apprehension of being exposed to the risk of a possible traffic accident. As for the social factors causing school phobia from the point of view of researchers in psychology, the first one is the lack of psychological preparation of the student before entering school by the parents by 90%, and the last one is the student’s fear that his demands would not be met by 50%).
