أثر الاندماج على نتائج النشاط الاستثماري وصافى الربح لتأمينات الحياة في مصر

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة الى قياس أثر الاندماج على نتائج النشاط الاستثماري وصافى الربح لتأمينات الحياة في مصر، ولتحقيق ذلك تم الاعتماد على شركات قطاع الاعمال العام قبل وبعد الاندماج خلال الفترة الزمنية من 1999/2000 حتي 2015/2016. ومن خلال الدراسة التطبيقة تم التوصل الي رفض صحة الفرض الاول القائل بعدم وجود أثر لسياسة الاندماج في شركات التأمين في السوق المصري على نتائج النشاط الاستثماري لتأمينات الحياة بهذه الشركات فى الاتجاه الايجابى حيث زاد صافى الدخل من الاستثمارات المخصصة بعد الاندماج. كما أثبتت الدراسة التطبيقية قبول صحة الفرض الثاني والقائل بعدم وجود أثر لسياسة الاندماج في شركات التأمين في السوق المصري على نتائج النشاط الاستثماري لتأمينات الحياة بهذه الشركات. Abstract: This study aimed to measure the impact of the merger on the results of the investment activity and the net profit for life insurance in Egypt. To achieve this goal, the public business sectoriel companies were relied on before and after the merger during the time period from 1999/2000 to 2015/2016. Through the applied study, it was reached to reject the first hypothesis that there is no effect of the merger policy in insurance companies in the Egyptian market on the results of the investment activity of life insurance in these companies in the positive direction, as the net income from the investments allocated after the merger increased. The study also demonstrated acceptance of the second hypothesis, which states that there is no effect of the merger policy in insurance companies in the Egyptian market on the results of the investment activity of life insurance in these companies.
