دور تكنولوجيا المعلومات في تحقيق الجودة الشاملة في المؤسسات الرياضية (دراسة ميدانية بمديرية الشباب والرياضة بالمسيلة)

Résumé: ان هدف الدراسة التي قمنا بها هو التعرف على دور تكنولوجيا المعلومات في تحقيق الجودة الشاملة في المؤسسات الرياضية الجزائرية ، من خلال التطرق الى دور الأجهزة والمعدات ومساهمة البرمجيات والمعالجات واهمية البيانات والمعلومات في تحقيق الجودة الشاملة ،ومن بين اهم النتائج المتوصل اليها ،يساهم استخدام البرمجيات والمعالجات بدور فعال في تحقيق الجودة الشاملة وذلك بالقيام بالأعمال الإدارية التي تتناسب مع طبيعة المهام داخل المؤسسة، حيث تساهم شبكة الانترنت والانترانت في تحقيق الجودة الشاملة بالحصول على مختلف المعلومات بشكل سريع ومن مصادر متعددة ،والاطلاع على مختلف القرارات في وقتها، كما أن لاستخدام المعلومات والبيانات دور في تحقيق الجودة بتنظيم الأعمال اليومية، بكتابة التقارير الإدارية وتبادل واستقطاب المعلومات من مصدرها ومع مختلف المنظمات .. The objective of our study is to identify the role of information technology in achieving total quality in Algerian sports institutions, by addressing the role of devices and equipment, the contribution of software and processors, and the importance of data and information in achieving total quality, Among the most important results reached, the use of software and processors plays an effective role in achieving total quality by carrying out administrative work that is commensurate with the nature of tasks within the institution, where the Internet and intranet contribute to achieving total quality by obtaining various information quickly and from multiple sources, and accessing on various decisions at the time The use of information and data also has a role in achieving quality by organizing daily work, by writing administrative reports, exchanging and attracting information from its source and with various organizations
