العوامل المؤثرة على النية المقاولاتية للطلبة الجامعيين: دراسة باستخدام النمذجة بالمعادلات البنائية
Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى تحليل أهم العوامل التي تؤثر على النية المقاولاتية للطلبة الجامعيين، وهذا على عينة من 271 طالب بالمركز الجامعي ميلة، وقد اعتمدنا في عملية تحليل البيانات على برنامج (SmartPLSv3)، وتوصل الباحثون إلى أن: الدعم العائلي والثقة في النفس وفعالية الذات يؤثرون إيجابيا على النية المقاولاتية، أما الدعم الجامعي ليس له تأثير مباشر أو غير مباشر على النية المقاولاتية. This study aimed to analyze the most important factors that affect the entrepreneurial intention of universitystudents, On a sample of 271 students at the University Center in Mila. we relied in the process of data analysis on the (SmartPLSv3) program, , In the end, we concluded that: family support, self-confidence, and self-efficacy positively affect entrepreneurial intention, While university support has no direct or indirect impact on entrepreneurial intent..
