تحليل واقع مناخ الأعمال في الجزائر خلال الفترة 2007- 2016

Résumé: من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية حاولنا دراسة مناخ الأعمال في الجزائر باستخدام المؤشر العام لسهولة أداء الأعمال الصادر من طرف البنك الدولي، وكذلك المؤشرات الفرعية المكونة له، وهذا خلال الفترة 2007- 2016 وبالاعتماد على التقارير الدولية في هذا المجال، حيث وجدنا أن الجزائر تحتل مراتب جد متأخرة في أغلب المؤشرات وهذا ما ينعكس بصورة مباشرة على مناخ الأعمال في الجزائر حيث أصبح مناخا طاردا للاستثمارات الأجنبية لا جاذبا لها. In this paper, we tried to study the Business Environment in Algeria using the general indicator of the ease of performance of the work issued by the World Bank, as well as the sub-indicators that comprise it, during the period 2007-2016 and based on the international reports in this field, where we found that Algeria occupies very high rankings Is lagging behind most of the indicators and this is directly reflected on the Business Environment in Algeria, where it has become an oppressive environment for foreign investment not attractive to it.
