Résumé: المنطقة الإقتصادية الخالصة من المجالات الجديدة التي أقرتها اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لقانون البحار لسنة 1982 تمتد هذه المنطقة لمائتي ميل بحري مقيسة من خط الأساس للبحر الاقليمي للدولة الساحلية، وكثيرا ما يعترض هذا التحديد صعوبات أو إشكالات حددت الاتفاقية المذكورة أعلاه الأطر السلمية من أجل تحديد سلس لتلك المنطقة، والواقع الدولي يشهد الكثير من الصعوبات في تحديدها بالنسبة للدول المتقابلة والمتجاورة وخاصة في البحار المغلقة والشبه المغلقة، خصوصا مع الإهتمام المتزايد بالموارد الحية وغير الحية التي تزخر بها البحار والقيمة الكبيرة التي تمثلها تلك الموارد بالنسبة لاقتصاديات الدول لا سيما منها النامية. Peaceful frameworks for a flexible reading of this area, and the current international conjecture known several difficulties to explain it vis-à-vis the neighboring countries and especially the closed and semi-closed seas and especially with the extreme importance of the resources vital and non-vital aspects of the seas and their great value to the economies of the developing countries in particular.
