المجتمع حسن التنظيم في الفلسفة السياسية الأمريكية

Résumé: نقارب في هذه المقالة فكرة مجتمع حسن التنظيم في الفلسفة السياسية الأمريكية، ونركز على أطروحة الفيلسوف الأمريكي المعاصر جون رولز، لنبين مركزية هذه الفكرة في المتن الرولزي. لقد أبدع رولز هذه الفكرة لوعيه بقيمتها المعيارية والوظيفية، فمن جهة المعيار نعتبر فكرة مجتمع حسن التنظيم فكرة ملائمة للمفهوم العمومي للعدالة، أما من ناحية الوظيفة فإنها تساعد على صياغة ذلك المعيار كما تعين الفكرة المركزية المنظمة للتعاون الاجتماعي، وعليه يصعب الحديث على إجرائية العدالة دون استحضار فكرة المجتمع حسن التنظيم، وتطرقنا إلى المعركة الفلسفية التي خاضها ضد التصور النفعي - الذي يعطي الأولية للعدل على الخير - بالاستناد إلى التركة الفلسفية التعاقدية، من هنا فإن المنجز النظري لجون رولز يعد بمثابة براديغم جديد في الفلسفة السياسية المعاصرة. Abstract: This article discusses the idea of a well-ordered society in American political philosophy, focusing on the treatise of the contemporary American philosopher John Rawls, for the pupose of showing the pivotality of this idea in Rawls’s texts. The latter created this idea with a deep awareness of its normative and functional value. From the normative perspective, we consider the idea of a well-ordered society to be appropriate to the general concept of justice. As for the function, it helps in formulating the norm above mentioned as well as defining the central idea of organizing social cooperation. Moreover, this articles touches upon the philosophical debate Rawls had against the utilitarian conception -that gives priority to justice over good - based on the philosophical legacy of the philosophers of the social contract. Thus it is difficult to talk about justice without invoking the idea of a well-ordered society. Hence, the theoretical achievement of John Rawls is a new paradigm in contemporary political philosophy.
