أهمية المناطق الحرة في جذب الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر دراسة حالة منطقة جبل علي بالإمارات

Résumé: نظرا للدور الفعال للاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر في تمويل مختلف العمليات الاقتصادية والتجارية الذي جاء بسبب المناطق الحرة فقد شهدت هذه الأخيرة انتشارا واسعا في مختلف دول العالم، وخاصة الدول النامية التي تعد المستفيد الأكبر من تدفقات الاستثمارات الأجنبية المباشرة لذا فان المناطق الحرة من اهم وابرز العوامل الجاذبة للاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر، كونها تساهم بشكل كبير في استقطاب الاستثمارات ونقل التكنولوجيا الحديثة، وخلق فرص عمل، فهي تحقق بذلك التكامل بين المشروعات المحلية والمشروعات المقامة على هاته المناطق، الأمر الذي ساهم في التنوع الاقتصادي للدول المضيفة حيث أصبحت القطاعات غير النفطية تساهم بشكل أكبر في الناتج المحلي لهذه البلدان ويهدف هذا البحث الى دراسة المناطق الحرة ومعرفه أسباب وعوامل نجاحها كأداة لاستقطاب الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر وإبراز أشكالها وخصائصها في دولة الإمارات ونخص بالذكر منطقة جبل علي الحرة كونها رائدة في هذا المجال فهي تتصدر المناطق الحرة في دولة الإمارات وباقي الدول العربية بما حققته من نتائج على الصعيدين العربي والعالمي. وقسم هذا البحث إلى ثلاثة فصول لاستيفاء كل ما يتعلق بأهمية المناطق الحرة وأهميتها ودورها في استقطاب الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر. Due to the effective role of foreign direct investment in financing various economic and commercial operations that came due to free zones, the latter has witnessed a wide spread in various countries of the world, especially developing countries, which are the largest beneficiaries of foreign direct investment flows, so free zones are one of the most important and prominent factors attracting foreign direct investment, as they contribute significantly to attracting investments, transferring modern technology, and creating job opportunities, thus achieving integration between local projects and projects established on these projects. regions, which contributed to the economic diversification of host countries as non-oil sectors contributed more to the GDP of these countries This research aims to study the free zones and find out the reasons and factors of their success as a tool to attract foreign direct investment and highlight their forms and characteristics in the UAE, especially the Jebel Ali Free Zone being a pioneer in this field, as it leads the free zones in the UAE and the rest of the Arab countries with its results at the Arab and global levels. This research was divided into three chapters to meet everything related to the importance of free zones and their role in attracting foreign direct investment.
