الخدمة الجامعية في ظل تكنولوجيا الاعلام والاتصال بالجزائر- قطاع التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي نموذجا-

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أهمية دور تكنولوجيا الاعلام و الاتصال في تحسين و تطوير الخدمة العمومية عامة و الخدمة الجامعية خاصة من خلال ادراج التكنولوجية الحديثة في قطاع التعليم العالي و البحث العلمي في الجزائر. وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن تطبيق تكنولوجيا الاعلام و الاتصال في القطاع بحد ذاته ثورة، حيث أحدثت نقلة نوعية في تقديم خدمة جامعية رقمية ذات كفاءة و فعالية سهلّت فيها الحياة الجامعية سواء للطالب أو الأستاذ والتي تهدف بذلك إلى تحقيق جودة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي الجامعي. This study delves into the pivotal role of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in elevating public services, with a specific focus on university services within the higher education and scientific research sector in Algeria. The study revealed that the application of ICT represents a revolutionary shift, driving a significant improvement in intelligent digital university services. This transformative shift has substantially eased academic life for both students and professors, aligning with the overarching goal of fostering high-quality higher education and facilitating academic scientific research in Algeria
