التحــول الرقمي ودوره في تحسين فعاليـة الاتصـال الداخلي بالمؤسسـة الرياضيـة في ظل جائحـة كـورونا (كوفيد-19).

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة الى معرفة دور التحول الرقمي في تحسين فعالية الاتصال الداخلي بالمؤسسة الرياضية في ظل جائحة كـــورونا (كوفيد-19)، واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، ومن نتائجها: أن للتحول الرقمي دور في تحسين فعالية الاتصال الداخلي بالمؤسسة الرياضية في ظل جائحة كـــورونا (كوفيد-19)، ومن آلياته وجود البنية التحتية الحاملة للتكنولوجيا والمورد البشري ذو الكفاءة المتحكم في الوسائل الاتصالية المتطورة، بالإضافة الى توفر المؤسسات الرياضية على ميزانية مخصصة للتحول الرقمي ودعمه خاصة مع تداعيات جائحة كورونا (كوفيد-19). This study aims to know the role of digital transformation in improving the effectiveness of internal communication in the sports institution in light of the Corona pandemic (Covid-19).The study relied on the analytical descriptive approach, and concluded with a set of results, including: That the digital transformation improves the effectiveness of internal communication in sports institution in light of the Corona pandemic (Covid-19), and among its mechanisms is the presence of the technology-bearing infrastructure. In addition to the availability of sport institution on a budget dedicated to digital transformation and its support, especially with the répercussions of the Corona pandemic.
