اضطراب الكرب ما بعد الصدمة Ptsd للنساء ضحايا العنف الجسدي (دراسة حالة)

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر العنف الجسدي على المرأة في ظهور اضطراب ما بعد الصدمة، من خلال دراسة نفسية لحالة واحدة، استخدمت الباحثتان لتقييم الحالة المقابلة نصف الموجهة، مع تطبيق مقياس دافيدسون لتشخيص اضطراب كرب ما بعد الصدمة، توصلت الباحثتان إلى النتائج التالية: تحصلت الحالة على 63 درجة أي بنسبة 92.64%، وهذا يعني الإصابة بصدمة نفسية شديدة، وتم اقتراح العلاج السلوكي المعرفي، وأساليب التنفس العميق والاسترخاء كعلاج للحالة. : This study aimed to know the impact of physical violence on women in the emergence of post-traumatic stress disorder, through a psychological study of one case, the two researchers used to evaluate the corresponding semi-directed case, with the application of the Davidson scale for the diagnosis of post-traumatic stress disorder, the two researchers reached the following results:The case obtained a score of 63, or 92.64%, which means severe psychological trauma. Cognitive behavioral therapy, deep breathing and relaxation techniques were suggested as a treatment for the case.
