التمدد الحضري وأثره على مورفولوجية المدينة دراسة ميدانية في مدًينة خنشلة
Résumé: الملخص : التمدد الحضري ظاهرة حتمية تتعرض لها المدن خلال نموها وهو انعكاس لزيادة عدد السكان وما يرافقه من زيادة في الطلب على السكن والمرافق التابعة له إضافة إلى الهجرة الداخلية فكان الهدف من دراستنا لحالة مدينة خنشلة هو الاطلاع على واقع التمدد الحضري للمدينة والعوامل المساعدة وكذا المعيقة لظاهرة التمدد الحضري والمتحكمة في شكله واتجاهاته وكذا الوقوف على أهم آثاره على مورفولوجية المدينة والذي افرز نسيج عمراني غير متجانس يشمل أحياء مخططة وأخرى فوضوية ضف إلى استنزاف العقار وتناقص الأراضي الفلاحية والمساحات الخضراء وعليه ومن خلال دراستنا قمنا بعرض أهم الآثار التي تركها التمدد بالإضافة إلى إعطاء اقتراحات وتوصيات من شانها المساهمة في الحد من هذه الآثار. Abstract : Urban expansion is an inevitable phenomenon that cities are exposed to during their growth, which is a reflection of the increase in the population and the accompanying increase in demand for housing and related facilities in addition to internal migration, the aim of our study of the case of Khenchela city was to learn about the reality of urban expansion of the city and the auxiliary factors as well as therefore, through our study, we presented the most important effects left by stretching in addition to giving suggestions Recommendations that would contribute to the reduction of these effects.
