مساهمة تكنولوجيا الإعلام والاتصال في تطوير هيكلية المؤسسة، مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر فرع ولاية الطارف أنموذجا

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد دور تكنولوجيا الإعلام والاتصال في إعادة هيكلية مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر فرع ولاية الطارف، حيث تم الاستعانة بالمنهج الوصفي لتحديد ذلك الدور الذي تقوم به التكنولوجيات في إعادة تحديث المؤسسة، حيث قمنا بتوزيع استمارة معلومات على 96 موظف بالمؤسسة مجال الدراسة. حيث تحصلنا على مجموعة من النتائج أهمها أن المؤسسة مجال الدراسة أن تكنولوجيا الإعلام والاتصال بتغيراتها الحديثة ساهمت في إعادة تحديث المؤسسة. This study aims to determine the role of information and communication technology in the restructuring of the Algerian Telecom Corporation, the El-Tarf State Branch, where the descriptive approach was used to determine the role that technologies play in re-modernizing the institution, as we distributed an information form to 96 employees of the institution in the field of study. As we obtained a set of results, the most important of which is that the institution is the field of study, that information technology and communication with its recent changes have contributed to the re-modernization of the institution.
