القضاء العسكري بالغرب الإسلامي في العصر الوسيط: - قراءة في قاضي الجند -

Résumé: يعتبر قاضي الجند من أهم التنظيمات العسكرية المغيبة في دراسات تاريخ الغرب الإسلامي في العصر الوسيط، حيث ارتكزت بحوثهم حول القضاء بصفة خاصة وأهملوا هذا الجزء الذي يعتبر أساس المنظومة العسكرية في العصر الوسيط نظرا لمكانته ودوره في استقرار الجند عن طريق فض مشاكلهم وصراعاتهم وتحقيق منظومة قانونية عسكرية انضباطية خاصة أمام تنوع التركيبة الاثنية للعسكرية بالغرب الإسلامي. The Military Judge of the corps considered one of the most important military organizations, which is neglected in the history of the Islamic west studies in the middle ages ,where they focused their research particularly about judiciary and they neglected this military part which regarded as the military system in the middle ages regardless on his position and role in the stability of the soldiers by solving their problems & conflicts and achieving a legal military system Especially on front of the diversity of soldiers ethnicity in the Islamic world
