دور المسؤولية البيئية للمؤسسات الاقتصادية في تحقيق الحوكمة البيئة -دراسة حالة شركة إيني Eni - مع الإشارة لحالة الجزائر

Résumé: : توضح الدراسة دور المسؤولية البيئية لشركة Eni ودورها في تحقيق الحوكمة البيئية بعرض أدوارها كالشفافية والإدارة البيئية للمياه والطاقة عبر دراسة وصفية تحليلية لعملياتها البيئية لتتوصل الى ان المسؤولية البيئية في شركة Eni في تحسن لتبنيها رؤية استراتيجية واضحة تعكس نية الشركة في التزامها بمسؤوليتها البيئية وتجاوزها الإطار التقليدي المنحصر في بعده الاقتصادي. The study demonstrates the role of environmental responsibility of Eni and its role in achieving environmental governance by presenting its roles such as transparency and environmental management of water and energy through a descriptive and analytical study of its environmental operations to conclude that environmental responsibility in Eni is improving due to its adoption of a clear strategic vision that reflects the company's intention in its commitment to its environmental responsibility and bypassing the confined traditional framework.
