Résumé: تناولناتناولنا في هذه الدراسة موضوع ظروف العمل الفيزيقية وتأثيرها على الصحة النفسية والجسدية بمؤسسة صوفيديماك لصناعة وتوزيع الأثاث بمنطقة تقدامت بدلس بومرداس، حيث سعينا من خلال تطبيق أدوات الدراسة المتمثلة في استبيان ظروف العمل الفيزيقية لكل من الباحثة كهينة كحلوش(2020) وحمدادة ليلي (2018)، ومقياس الصحة النفسية الذي قمنا ببنائه بالاستعانة بمقياس الباحثة طايبي نعيمة (2013)،واستبيان حول الصحة الجسدية ومن بينها الإعاقة السمعية، حيث تكونت العينة من (73) عامل تم اختيارها بطريقة عشوائية بسيطة، وذلك بإتباع المنهج الوصفي وكان الغرض من ذلك التأكد من مدى مساهمة ظروف العمل الفيزيقية في التنبؤ بمستوى الصحة النفسية والجسدية بمؤسسة صوفيديماك لصناعة وتوزيع الأثاث .و بعد جمع المعلومات و تفريغها في برنامج الإحصائي spss تم التوصل إلى ظروف العمل الفيزيقية(الضوضاء، الضوء ،الحرارة ، الاهتزاز) تساهم في التنبؤ بمستوى الصحة النفسية والجسدية لدى عمال مؤسسة صوفديماك بدلس. In this study, we dealt with the issue of physical working conditions and their impact on mental and physical health at the Sofidemak Foundation for the manufacture and distribution of furniture in the Tadmat region of Dels Boumerdes. The psychological scale that we built using the researcher Taybi Naima’s scale (2013), and a questionnaire about physical health, including hearing disability, where the sample consisted of (73) workers who were chosen in a simple random way. By following the descriptive approach, the purpose of this was to ascertain the extent of the contribution of the physical work conditions in predicting the level of mental and physical health in the Sofidemak Foundation for the manufacture and distribution of furniture. After collecting the information and unpacking it in the spss statistical program, the physical work conditions (noise, light, heat, vibration) were reached. ) Contribute to predicting the level of psychological and physical health of the workers of Sofdimac PLUS.
