Résumé: ملخص: تعد دعوى الإلغاء من بين الوسائل القانونية المشروعة الممنوحة للجمعية الرياضية المحلية لإعدام القرار الإداري الغير المشروع الذي صدر عن السلطات الإدارية العامة المخاطب لها، وحتى يتم قبول هذه الدعوى أمام القضاء الإداري المختص، لابد من توفر شروط شكلية وأخرى موضوعية التي حددها قانون الإجراءات المدنية والإدارية رقم 08-09 المؤرخ في 25 فبراير سنة 2008 الساري المفعول. ، Abstract: The cancellation action is one of the legitimate legal means granted to the local sports association to execute the illegal administrative decision issued by the general administrative authorities addressed to it, and until this case is accepted before the competent administrative court, there must be formal and objective conditions specified by the Civil and Administrative Procedures Law No. 08-09 of 25 February 2008 in force
