الحماية القانونية لحقوق المرأة السياسية في ظل التشريعات الوطنية
Résumé: اعتمدت الجزائر في حماية الحقوق السياسية للمرأة من العبث بها،والانتقاص منها ،على آليات قانونية ومؤسساتية ،كما عملت على تطوير هذه الآليات ،وإزالة المعوقات، من أجل السماح للمرأة بتولي المناصب العليا في البلاد،لأن تحقيق المشاركة السياسية للمرأة هو تجسيد للديمقراطية .In protecting women’s political rights from tampering and undermining, Algeria relied on legal and institutional mechanisms. It also worked to develop these mechanisms and remove obstacles in order to allow women to hold high positions in the country, because achieving women’s political participation is an embodiment of democracy.
