الاشتقاق ودوره في توجيه دلالة الألفاظ عند فخر الدين الرازي دراسة في المحصول في أصول الفقه

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور الاشتقاق في استنباط الأحكام الشرعية وتفسير القرآن الكريم، بما لهذه الظاهرة اللغوية من طاقة وقدرة على رفد مفردات القرآن الكريم من المعاني الكامنة في كم محدود من الأبنية إلى رحاب السعة والشمول. وقد جاء البحث في فصلين اثنين، تناول الأول الجانب النظري لهذه الظاهرة اللغوية و ما لها من دور فعال في استنباط الأحكام وتفسير القرآن الكريم والاستجابة لحاجيات المجتمع اللغوية، وأما الثاني فقد انتقل بهذه الظاهرة المهمة من حيز التنظير الضيق والمحدود إلى رحاب التطبيق الواسع، وذلك من خلال عرض جملة من النماذج القرآنية عند فخر الدين الرازي، ليتبين لنا وللقارئ الكريم ــ في ضوئها ــ أثر تلك الظاهرة في توجيه الدلالات القرآنية. ثم جاءت خاتمة البحث لتتضمن جملة من النتائج تتلوها قائمة المصادر والمراجع التي أفاد منها البحث. Abstract: This study aims to highlight the role of derivation in deriving legal rulings and interpreting the Holy Qur’an, with the capacity and ability of this linguistic phenomenon to supplement the vocabulary of the Holy Qur’an from the meanings inherent in a limited number of buildings to the vastness and comprehensiveness. The research came in two chapters, the first dealt with the theoretical aspect of this linguistic phenomenon and its effective role in devising rulings, interpreting the Holy Qur’an and responding to the linguistic needs of society. During the presentation of a number of Quranic models by Fakhr Al-Din Al-Razi, to show us and the honorable reader - in the light of them - the impact of this phenomenon in directing the Quranic connotations. Then came the conclusion of the research to include a set of results, followed by a list of sources and references from which the research benefited
