النظام القانوني للمرتزقة في ظل أحكام القانون الدولي الإنساني

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى محاولة تسليط الضوء على الوضع القانوني للمرتزقة وفقا لأحكام القانون الدولي الإنساني، وقد قمنا بتقسيمها لجزئين، وضّحنا في الجزء الأول مركز المرتزقة من خلال الاتفاقيات المنظمة للنزاعات المسلحة، أما الجزء الثاني فوضّحنا فيه نشاطات المرتزقة في منظور القانون الدولي الإنساني، خاتمين دراستنا هذه بخاتمة تضمّنت النتائج و التوصيات. This study aims to try shedding light on the legal status of mercenaries in accordance with the provisions of international humanitarian law, and it is divided into two parts. In the first part, we explained the status of mercenaries through the agreements organizing armed conflicts, while the second part explained the activities of mercenaries in the perspective of international humanitarian law. We concluded our study with a conclusion that included the findings and recommendations.
