القانون في مصر الفرعونية: قانون حور محب أنموذجا

Résumé: ملخص: على الرغم من ضخامة الإنتاج الحضاري الذي تركته مصر القديمة وتنوّعه وتعدّد مصادره، إلاّ أن نصيبها من التشريعات القانونية كان ضئيلا جدا مقارنة بجيرانها في الشرق الأدنى القديم، وكان أهمها قانون الملك حور محب خلال الدولة الحديثة الذي عُثر عليه منقوشا على حجر ضخم، وقد أراد من خلاله محاربة الفساد والفوضى التي انتشرت في البلاد قبيل توليه الحكم، من خلال إصدار تعليمات صارمة وجّهها لجباة الضرائب والقضاة وطالبهم بتطبيقها،وتضمنت عقوبات قاسية كالضرب والنفي وتشويه الأعضاء لكل من يخالفها. Abstract: In spite of the huge civilized production that the ancient Egypt has left of the diversity and abundance of its sources; yet its legal legislations portion was so little in comparison to its neighbors in the Ancient Near East and the prominent was the law of King Horemheb during the modern state found engraved on a big stone. Through which, he intended to fight the corruption and anarchy that spread in the country before his reign, by issuing strict instructions directed to the taxes- collectors and the judges and ordered them to execute them, included severe punishments like: the beating, the exile and the resection of the organs for anyone who contradicted these instructions.
