حماية الصحفيين زمن النزاعات المسلحـــة

Résumé: يشهد العالم من حين لآخر نزاعات مسلحة دولية وغير دولية، يحدث فيها أحيانا اعتداءات على الصُّحُفيين، وهو الأمر الذي دعا المجتمع الدولي إلى التدخل، فأقرت لهم حماية قانونية باعتبارهم لا يشاركون في الأعمال العدائية . وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على التعريف بالصُّحُفي المشمول بالحماية في القانون الدولي الإنساني، وإلى الضوابط الواجبة على الأطراف المتحاربة الالتــزام بها لتجنب الإضرار بهم، حتى يمكنهم القيام بعملهم في أحسن الظروف وإلى الآليات الدولية لحماية الصُّحُفيين. كلمات مفتاحية: الصُّحُفيين؛ النزاعات المسلحــة؛ القانون الدولي الإنساني؛ المحكمة الجنائية الدولية. Abstract: The world witnesses from time to time international and non-international armed conflicts, in which attacks on journalists sometimes occur, which prompted the international community to intervene, and granted them legal protection as they do not participate in hostilities. This study aims to shed light on the definition of the journalist who is covered by protection in international humanitarian law, and the controls that the warring parties must adhere to in order to avoid harming them, so that they can carry out their work in the best conditions and the international mechanisms for the protection of journalists.
