Résumé: The spectral lines obtained in plasma spectroscopy are not of infinite precision but have a certain width and a spectral line which gives a distribution of the radiation around the central frequency. We calculate the electronic collision operator for the isolated lines, neglecting the exact structure of the emitter ion, taking into account the quantum effect in the interaction (ion - electron), which is the W.Ebeling potential. On the other hand, we introduce the relativistic correction to the electronic collision operator. The interaction between an emitting hydrogen ion and an electron in a plasma medium is the W.Ebeling reaction, which combines the quantum Kelbg reaction at small distances and the Coulomb effect at large distances. We also introduce the relativistic correction at small distances, considering that the electron is fast enough to study its collision by applying relativity. Finally, we performed comparisons for the relativistic correction of the electron collision operator and the radiation spectrum as a function of electron density, atomic number, and temperature
