الأساليب المستحدثة ضمن إستراتيجية الكشف عن الجرائم المستحدثة في التشريع الجزائري -التسرب نموذجا-

Résumé: التسرب تقنية بالغة الخطورة على أمن الضبطية للقضائية مما يتطلب كفاءة ودقة في العمل وقد أدرجه المشرع في التعديل الحاصل على مستوى قانون الإجراءات الجزائية بموجب القانون رقم 06-22 المؤرخ في 20 سبتمبر2006 المعدل والمتمم للأمر رقم 66-155 المتضمن قانون الإجراءات الجزائية،غير أن ممارسة هذا الاختصاص عندما تقتضي ضرورات التحري ذلك قد قيده المشرع بشروط وضوابط يتعين احترامها في سبيل الحصول على أدلة تخدم الدعوى لما لها من قوة وحجية في الإثبات تساعد قضاة الحكم في الوصول إلى حقيقة ارتكاب هذه الجرائم و إنزال العقاب بمرتكبيها. الكلمات المفتاحية:الأساليب المستحدثة، إستراتيجية الكشف عن الجرائم المستحدثة، التشريع الجزائري، التسرب، الجوسسة Abstract: The technique of infiltration extremely dangerous for the Security of the judicial police ,which requires efficiency and precision in the Works included legislators to Win changes in the criminal procedure code Under Law no,06-22dated September 20,2006 amended and supplemented Ordinance No.66-155 on the code of criminal procedure,but the exercise of That jurisdiction when the Survey necessities requires That had bound her conditions legislator and control must be met to obtain the evidence in the prosecution service because of its strength and helps probative judges rule in access to the reality of these crimes and punish the perpetrators.
