Résumé: يعتب من دواعي الحاجة إلى ضمان جودة المؤسسات سواء الخاصة أو العامة هو الاندماج المهني للموظف وانضباطه الوظيفي،فالانضمام للعمل في منظمة يكون أمرا مثيرا للقلق فيجد الموظف نفسه محاطا ببيئة غير مألوفة علاقات جديدة وتكون لديه توقعات جديدة ،حقائق إجراءات، ،قيم جديدة،يجب التكيف معها . لذا في هذا المقال نلقي الضوء على واقع هذه المحددات البيئية الداخلية التي تواجه الموظف لاندماجه المهني في الإدارة المحلية لولاية الوادي من خلال تكيفه وتوافقه في العمل وما هي علاقة الاندماج المهني بالانضباط الوظيفي،مع التعريف بأهمية برنامج التوجيه والتكوين والتدريب والمتابعة للموظف الذي تقوم به إدارة الموارد البشرية والتأكيد على اعتماد مشروع وتخصيص قسم خاص لتنشيطه والتفعيله.
