المشاريع الأمريكية في الشرق الأوسط بين الإصلاح والتغيير-ثورات الربيع العربي نموذجا

Résumé: اختلفت الآراء وأبحاث المنظرين والاستراتيجيين، حول تحديد وتعريف منطقة الشرق الأوسط. الغنية بالثروات وذات الأهمية الجيوستراتيجية بالنسبة للولايات المتحدة الأمريكية. التي رأت في الدول العربية أنها أنظمة ديكتاتورية وشعوب فوضوية مصدرة للإرهاب، وهو ما يستدعي التقسيم وإعادة البناء من جديد. من خلال طرح مشاريع أبرزها الشرق الأوسط الكبير والجديد، هاتها المشاريع التي طرحت مخططات إعادة تقسيم منطقة الشرق الأوسط وفق أسس مذهبية وطائفية. إذ سنحاول من خلال بحثنا هذا تحديد مضامين المشاريع الأمريكية تجاه منطقة الشرق الأوسط، والأهداف التي تريدها الولايات المتحدة من وراء من ذلك من خلال مطلبي الإصلاح والتغيير، وصولنا لتداعيات هاته مشاريع على الأنظمة العربية وطرح إسرائيل كدولة شرطي في منطقة الشرق الأوسط، وما انعكس على المنطقة العربية فيما عرف بالربيع العربي من نزاعات طائفية ومذهبية. إذ كانت بدايات وانطلاقات هاته الاحتجاجات اقتصادية اجتماعية تطورت إلى سياسية، مذهبية ووجودية.
