نظام الكوتا والمشاركة السياسية للمرأة في الجزائر
Résumé: اهتمت دول العالم بتشجيع ودعم المرأة للمشاركة في العمل السياسي، عبر تطبيق نظام الكوتا كوسيلة تمكنها وترفع من مستوى تمثيلها في المجالس المنتخبة، ولم تبتعد الجزائر عن هذا النهج، حيث بادر المؤسس الدستوري لتكريس الحقوق السياسية للمرأة عن طريق توسيع حظوظ تمثيلها في المجالس المنتخبة بالتعديل الدستوري لسنة 2008 وصدور القانونين العضويين 12-03 و12-04 المحددين لكيفيات هذا التوسيع. Abstract: Countries around the world have taken care to encourage and support women by implementing the quota system as a means of empowering and increasing its representation on elected councils. Algeria has not departed from this approach where the constitutional founder having taken the initiative to enshrine the political rights of women by broadening the chances of her representation in elected councils with the constitutional amendment of the year 2008 and the promulgation of the two organic laws 12-03 and 12-04 defining the modalities of this enlargement.
