الدعم الوظيفي و أثره على جودة الحياة الوظيفية - دراسة ميدانية لدى أساتذة التعليم الثانوي في ولاية باتنة -

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن مدى تأثير الدعم الوظيفي على جودة الحياة الوظيفية لدى أساتذة التعليم الثانوي في ولاية باتنة، حيث تم إعتماد المنهج الوصفي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من 238 أستاذ و أستاذة على مستوى 14 ثانوية خلال الموسم الدراسي 2022/2023، بينما تمثلت أداة جمع البيانات في مقياس الدعم الوظيفي و جودة الحياة الوظيفية، و تم تحليل البيانات المتحصل عليها بإستخدام برنامج 23SPSS.v.، وبرنامج SmartPLS.v.4، حيث تم التوصل إلى أن أبعاد متغير الدعم الوظيفي المتمثلة في (التمكين، العدالة التنظيمية، دعم و تأكيد الذات) تأثر بشكل إيجابي على مستوى جودة الحياة الوظيفية لدى أساتذة التعليم الثانوي، كما أن المتغيرات المستقلة تفسر مانسبته 34% من المتغير التابع، بينما نسبة 66% المتبقية فهي ترجع إلى عوامل أخرى لم تدخل ضمن النموذج الفرضي للدراسة. The study aimed to investigate the impact of functional support on the job quality of secondary education teachers in the Batna province. The descriptive method was adopted, and the study sample consisted of 238 male and female teachers from 14 secondary schools during the academic year 2022/2023. The data collection tool consisted of a scale for functional support and job quality. The collected data were analyzed using the SPSS.v.23 and SmartPLS.v.4 software. The findings revealed that the dimensions of the functional support variable, including empowerment, organizational justice, and support and affirmation, positively influenced the level of job quality among secondary education teachers. Furthermore, the independent variables explained 34% of the dependent variable, while the remaining 66% can be attributed to other factors not included in the study's hypothetical model.
