الكفاية البيداغوجية لأساتذة التعليم الثانوي لمادة الرياضيات وعلاقتها باتجاهات تلاميذهم نحو المادة دراسة ميدانية على عينة من تلاميذ السنة الثانية ثانوي بدائرتي تقرت وتماسين

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة علاقة الكفاية البيداغوجية لأساتذة التعليم الثانوي لمادة الرياضيات واتجاهات تلاميذ السنة الثانية ثانوي ،تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي الاستكشافي الفارقي، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام أداتين الأداة الأولى كانت مقياس الكفاية البيداغوجية لأساتذة مادة الرياضيات ،تم تطويره من دراستي في الليسانس ،ومقياس الاتجاهات نحو مادة الرياضيات من إعداد الباحث الناصر عبد المجيد ومناع نور الدين . تم التأكد من الخصائص السيكومترية للأداتين في الدراسة الاستطلاعية بحساب الصدق والثبات، شملت عينة الدراسة(50 أستاذا وأستاذة عن طريق الحصر الشامل ،و196 تلميذا وتلميذة عن طريق العينة العشوائية الطبقية)، وتمت المعالجة الإحصائية لبيانات الدراسة باستخدام برنامج spss النسخة 22. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: 1 – مستوى الكفاية البيداغوجية لأساتذة مادة الرياضيات بمرحلة التعليم الثانوي مرتفعة . 2 – طبيعة اتجاهات تلاميذ السنة الثانية بمرحلة التعليم الثانوي نحو مادة الرياضيات موجبة . 3 – لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في اتجاهات تلاميذ السنة الثانية بمرحلة التعليم الثانوي نحو مادة الرياضيات تعزى لاختلاف الكفاية البيداغوجية للأساتذة(مرتفعو الكفاية ،منخفضو الكفاية). 4 – لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في الكفاية البيداغوجية لأساتذة مادة الرياضيات بمرحلة التعليم الثانوي تعزى لمتغير الجنس والمؤهل العلمي والأقدمية في العمل ومقر السكن ،ولا يوجد تفاعل بينها . 5 – لا توجد فروق في اتجاهات تلاميذ السنة الثانية بمرحلة التعليم الثانوي تعزى لمتغير الجنس،بينما توجد فروق في متغير التخصص وعدد مرات الإعادة ،ولا يوجد تفاعل بينها. ونوقشت نتائج الدراسة في ضوء الجانب النظري والدراسات السابقة، واختتمت بتقديم جملة من المقترحات الموجهة للدارسين والمختصين في مجال الدراسة . The study aimed at know the relation ship of the pedagogical competence of secondary education teachers in mathematics and the attitudes of second year secondary students .we have used the differential exploratory descriptive method. to achieve the objective of the study, two instruments were used The first was ascale of pedagogical adequacy of mathematicians, which was developed in my studies in bachelor degree and the second was a scale of trends of secondary year students towards mathematics, prepared by Nasser Abdul Majid and Mani Nor AlDin. The seisatical characteristics of the survey were ascertained by the statistical sampling, which included a study sample (50 teachers and 196 pupils by means of a comprehensive survey), Stastistical processing of the study data was carried out using spss program version 22. The study yielded the following results: 1 –Teachers of mathematics at secondary education are highly competent. 2 – Trends of secondary school mathematics are positive. 3 – There are no statistically significant differences in students trends towards mathematics due to different pedagogical proficiency of teachers (high efficiency, low efficiency). 4 –There are no statistically significant differences in teacher’s pedagogical sufficiency of mathematicians in secondary education due to gender variation, scientific qualification, senioritory at work residence and there is no interaction between them. 5 – There are no differences in secondary school students trends due to gender variation,but there are differences due to stream variation, number of year repetitions and is no interaction them. The results of the study were discussed in the light of the theoretical side and previous studies and concluded by presenting a number of proposals directed scholars and specialists in the field of study .
